i know half of the items can be found on the spreadsheet but i have often heard that they were wrong so i just want to double check the prices here.

what is the price for 'description tag'? (clean) (cash/metal)
are people still hard pressed to find 'the third degree' for the pyro? (clean)
what is the cash rate for refined metal? (clean)
and lastly, what can i get for the 'meat the medic' taunt? (clean) (cash/metal)

Third Degree - 2 scrap. Just a re-skin of default really.
You can find refined metal for like down to $0.40 these days
You can easily Maybe not so easily but you can get 3 ref / 1 key + 2 recs for it
