Price Check On Name Tag?

Im suprised there isn't a decent price check on a name tag.
Anyway, I was thinking about naming a weapon or one of my hats. But I don't want to spend money in the store, as I am saving up for keys to get earbuds. So...how many weapons/metal do I need to get one in a trade? Hope somebody repleys soon.

0.44 = 4 scrap
0.55 = 5 scrap
0.66 = 2 rec
0.77 = 7 scrap
0.88 = 8 scrap
0.99/1 = 1 ref
