He's been creating hack ban and mute (racism) votes towards me even though I've done neither of those. I told him it was abuse of the votemenu but he said he didn't care, so I'm making this report.

He claims that you spammed through mic and there is no way to check whether that is true or not.
I also joined the server, he stayed quiet then left.
