Potential Donator Exploit on Trade Servers

Someone added me on Steam and expressed a concern with a exploit they think they found.

apparently, equipping saxxy with spy on trade servers allows the Spy to stab without ever losing his disguise.
I have a demo if anyone would like to watch.

Wanted to report just in case it's a fault or it's intentional

It may be a Trade Server but a Skial Server non the less

Eh yeah I know it just boggles my mind how much people care about /gimme and what other crap people do on trade/idle servers.

likely a bug with /gimme, seeing how the Saxxy is normally equippable by Spies anyway
