Declined Possiblity of bots in the MvM servers?

If possible, it would be nice to have some form of AI system in MvM like that of L4D2 so that it would be perpetually empty. Usually if I try to join our one MvM server, it has no one, and I have to wait like an hour before someone joins.

change the map from coaltown event so people can join through the co-op button

I don't think mercenary AI for MvM without major help from Valve is even doable. Or at the least, wouldn't be worthwhile.
