I got sniped by a sniper who new exactly where I was all the time, so I spectated him and saw that he pre-aiming and then he was going afk because he seemed to know I was spectating him. At times he would run up and down the fort and then he would not like he knew where there was a sniper coming around the corner, also one other thing that confirmed he was hacking he would appear/jump behind walls and always headshot a still sniper, anyone moving he would simply avoid.
