Some people just see cheaters everywhere, be it for general lack of knowledge about cheats and how they look like or simply unwillingess to admit someone is better than you
He seems to spend a lot of time in spec without bothering to record anything so I wonder if it's all just an excuse
True, some do and some actually have the required game-knowledge to spot them. Since I'm new to the server, I wasn't aware of the fact, that you have around 20 plugins, but not a single one dedicated to actually trying to spot cheaters (like simply downloading a STV after a map change, but I'll come back to that thought in just a moment).
First of all I want to address this:
Are you a closet cheater, or why are you so upset about the fact that we kick someone who's cheating?
We are here cause of YOU and not cause of me.
Imagine being so pathetic that you create an account, just so you can shit on others in a report against yourself. Clipping words/phrases out of context and blaming others rather than accepting reality is his magical power.
3 messages on the forum he basically only made an account, because he knew I wouldn't fuck around and report scum like him. This clown is so butthurt he had to HIGHLIGHT the word 'ez' as being offensive or toxic in his post, are you okay buddy, do you need a hug? Get some friends or touch some grass, or take a LOOOOOONG break from TF2.
Now he cries and complains about ME in the report against HIM. Do you see how pathetic this is, by projecting onto others? It's saddening but pretty common for the extremely toxic TF2 playerbase.
Stop projecting your insecurities on others and trying to make you look good, while it's you, who's the most toxic person I've met so far in this server. Even more toxic, than the other transphobic person that I reported but didn't get punished by the moderators.
Stop trying to avoid the inevitable, you're just here to distract from your own personal shitshow that you call life. Be a man for once, take the punishment (not the one u got, but I'm sure you'll be back faster than I can count to 100) and learn from your mistakes without trying to play the victim-role.
2nd:
Having reports open to the public is the dumbest move I've ever seen in my entire life and I've seen some dumb shit. Ofc people will only try to twist and turn and try to wiggle their way out of a situation. Reports do not belong to the public, there's no council, there's no committee, you as a moderator of Skial (generally speaking) are there to make your own judgement depending on what you're presented with, or what you can see in logs/screenshots/other media.
If you want to question the culprit, have it so you can invite him into the threat, and not have every threat open to public, so every person can stop by, leave a dumb message or emoji, which doesn't help the situation or brings any value. It makes this look very unprofessional and simply bad.
Maybe you guys need new Administrators on the forum/server, people who actually help and want to create a better community with less people who are like this guy. Because for now, all I've seen is extreme laziness.
Maybe you simply don't care, MAYBE you have so much backlog that you can't even keep up with all the reports, IDK, but for what I've seen, the handling of certain situations is more than questionable. I'm not trying to attack you (Skial mods) I'm just trying to understand your reasoning, why you care so little.
And you are so confused, as a moderator, that you don't even know that this wasn't the guy who was transphobic (maybe he was when you checked his logs but that's not why I reported him), yet he takes the blame for no reason, cause he wants to look good and probably is stoke about that you only gave him a 24 hour silence (which is a joke on its own, but we both know that). My report on this clown is the prime example why this system is outdated in my opinion and should be changed immediately.
Last but not least:
It'll be my final report, since I can already see that you simply don't care about your player-base, nor try to have a homogeneous community. I'm just trying to have fun (which under certain circumstances is not easy), but it gets progressively harder, if you constantly get harassed without even having done anything. All interactions started from the accused, I only defended myself if I had to. There's a thin white line between banter and being toxic. He's the latter.
But the astonishing 1 DAY silence, will probably make him regret everything he has done...yeah that'll teach him.
p.s.:
I always stand to my words, and the only smart thing the clown has ever said, was quoting me in his first forum post. So, if possible maybe you guys could consider a ping limitation on your server, or at least a auto-kick function, if the ping stays high for an extended period of time.

Demo files would be nice, but it's almost impossible to actually check if someone is cheating via a demo file or not (unless they are obviously blatant about it). Demo files normally run at 33 tick, while the live feed runs at 66. Silent, or psilent is basically impossible to spot at 33 tick and I'm just simply not willing to constantly sit in spec, until I catch one of them slacking. I was certain, when I called the other ones out, that I can simply download the STV and check them again, since people I suspect of cheating haven't had any aim assist so far, but walls. And even with a 33 tick STV demo file you can easily see if someone is using walls or not. Sadly to that time, I wasn't aware that there's no demos on Skial, nor are the admins capable of backtracking any info, nor are able to investigate, and quite frankly it's simply not my job to investigate/specatate and record. That's why there are mods, you guys also get paid plenty with all the monthly cosmetics, so why would I, go out of my way with limited resources and not being able to be incognito/hidden to track down cheaters? I'm here to report them, the persons in charge are the moderators, who, well, don't care.
On the plus side, even when it's hard to spot hitscans with a demo, another plus would be, you'd be able to hear conversations and spot people who are not only toxic via chat, but also in VOIP!
