Need Help Please fix Medic in VSH

medic is still broken in vsh. I was wondering if there can be a fix to it at this moment

On regular vsh
-On uber, medic doesn't overheal
-(I'm not sure if this is fixed here but no quickfix boosts)

On both vsh and ff2
-Uber randomly turns off

What's broken with it? Gotta provide more details

-Uber stops working when you still have 40% left (you can get it back by switching weapons quickly or if you get healed by a dispenser or other medic)
-You can't jump with soldiers/demos anymore.
-Self overheal when ubered doesn't work.

I didn't change anything with saxton hale or ff and I also have no idea how to fix it.
