Playing on Geforce now streaming service

Hi I am playing with 'Geforce Now' streaming service in order to play, problem is when i try to join the game I get an error message saying

"Disconnect: Proxy IP. Appeal at skial.com"

I am not intending on using a proxy, I am just using a streaming service in order to play. Is there any way we can make an acception to geforce now users like me?
