Ping issues

SOOOO I'm having issues with my connection on LA servers. Around 6 P.M. my ping kinda spikes to 200 despite the fact I live fairly close to LA. I haven't had an issues with Comcast in the past and I kinda wanna know what this spike means.

Could you please use WinMTR tool next time this happens to you? It would be great if you could collect logs of this utility along with screenshots and post it here - it would help Skial's owner Bottiger in his investigation. With output of this tool he will be able to follow up with the host.
