A demo would be better but don't have time to make one and upload. But images get to the point. Hes on top of the loud speakers where, you can sit up there. You can see he is at the same height, so he did not try to jump up here a bunch times.

I am not an admin nor do I know much about this map but you see competitive players climb up in hard to reach places to get picks on medics and etc. I don't think that's an exploit. since you see many players on many maps, for example, Granary, climb up on exit signs and on window sills and edges of rooftops, etc. to get picks on enemy players.

If the ledge is there (I will check when the map rotates back), I would say it's not an exploit.
