Can you specify what the Putrescent Pigmentation looks like on the Misc?

It looks light green in-game.

the paint on its own is about 2.5 keys.

depending on whether it's clean or dirty i would say 3 keys dirty 3.5 keys clean

Would it be worth more over time?

For some reason the paint itself is much cheaper on its own when it is applied to an item, it increases a lot more than the value of the paint. If the veil also already has paint on it then its worth even more. My best guess is around 6 keys I see Halloween painted hats sell for around a bills all the time. the purple and the team spirit paints are more desired not to sure about the green. And as far as the price raising over time I highly doubt it will. Next Halloween will probobably break it.
