If they aren't vintage, 2 ref on the crown and the rest for normal price. If its a unique item and not 100/0, it doesn't really matter.

any collector will pay more for something. No reason to go HURR DURR MY LEVEL [RANDOM LEVEL HERE] IS WORTH MORE.

yea, but not really worth mentioning. I had a level 100 nappers, highest offer was 1.66 ref (worth like 1-1.33).
