Maybe like a Scrap. The only thing worth while in it is the pink paint and even that doesn't negate the cost of uncrating it.

Crate 9 is worth like 1 scrap or a weapon the only ones that are more expensive than about 1 scrap are #19 ( 1 ref ) #20 ( 1 rec ) # 21 ( 2 rec ) #23 ( 1 rec ) and obviously the salvaged crates
