I made this report for being toxic, and insulting to me. He kept saying of clown words to me cuz, Idk why he understands the clown words. I hope he can't insult me and Have a Good day :blush:

I've skimmed his chatlog and he seems like just another troll. You have 2 options;

1) Use the TF2 ignore feature, this is on the main screen of TF2. This I believe will ignore all text and speech.
2) Use the !ignore <name> command in game, though this only applies to voice chat.

There are only rules against prejudice of some forms, nothing against trolling. You can vote-mute him for being a troll. But this isn't admin intervention worthy.
