I don't know where the people who said they buy white paint for 3 ref buy it but on trade server you usually pay 4 ref or more.

Last time I saw someone sell it they sold it for around 3 ref so I assumed you'd still be able to buy it for that price but I guess some people want it to go up so high in price that buying it in the store is the only viable thing to do.

I sold Black/white paint for 4 ref when I unboxed then, about a week later people started selling for 2 keys.
