+1

I don't think I need to explain why, he has clean chat logs and seems pretty nice on the forums.

Thanks for the support everyone

You are in a game with some of your best friends, like mvm or l4d2 or killing floor or something you cannot just save. You are all on TS and having a great time and it took forever to organize a night when everyone was available. In the middle of the game someone adds you on Steam, and reports that a group of people with the same tag in their names are griefing a Skial server, calling votes, spamming the voice and text chat etc, ruining the fun for everybody on the server. He has no idea how to save a demo but even if he did it's something that is preferred to be dealt with immediately and it won't be a 5 minute work, if you chose to deal with the report you have to cancel your gaming night with your friends. No other admins are available, what do you do?

My best friends understand me and my priorities, they wouldn't have any problem with me having to leave. There's a reason why they're my "Best" friends, lol.

I would go to the server where the griefing is occurring and begin recording a demo as extra evidence (even though it may not always be required, its good practice IMO.). I would determine who is griefing and how, ie. remain on the server for a while and catch any mic spammers, check the chatlogs on the hlstats page, etc. Once I've compiled a list of griefers, I would then check their steamIDs and IPs and look for any previous bans and/or mutes on skial (and possibly other communities, if extra evidence is necessary), and then issue the proper punishments to those involved.

Once the issue is resolved, I would then inform the player who reported the incident on how to record demos and report them for future reference.

For god's sake, you people shouldn't be plussing yourselves, so just give a +1 and not your own names, because you're not worth more than a pile of hot cakes.

+1, Write a program that's cross platform to show off your skills yo.
