OverWolf

Overwolf is a really neat overlay plugin for TF2, with other features.
To get it, it's the little red wolf in the new TS toolbar:

It vastly improves the TF2 TS overlay:

It also includes features such as videorecording and screencapture, chat integration with skype, googletalk, facebook, spotify, pandora, 8tracks, twitter, youtube & other game related things.

I believe I've heard of this before, just never decided to install it.

Good 'ol Mumble overlay works fine for me.

You have to start it up before you start your game, making sure it's all the way on. I keep forgetting to make sure it's on, so it starts slowly and doesn't work

You can just have it always running in the background, and autostart it with windows.

Tis true, but Kapersky thinks it's a virus when I tell it to autostart and always whines. I have to do it manually or leave antivirus off (reaaally bad idea)
