I conga'd with everyone on jailbreak into crush game and so many people died / taunted at once I got this message.
It has to do with the conga.

we fixed that, which was banning for the new taunts. this however, is a Valve problem, and judging by the fact that the server's still running and can be immediately reconnected to, this may be a client-side problem.
