I couldn't care less about Outpost and it amazingly stupid population but I think it's funny how so many scam trades are out there but they worry about people being 'rude'.

Its stupid, but still. You could have said it politely. Look, I think its stupid. But I've had trades in the past where I've fucked up and people came and said "You realize that's a really crappy deal, because vintage Ze goggles are worth way more than regular vintage hats" And I said okay and closed the trade.

With all due respect, it's frustrating seeing dumb stuff like this on outpost but its completely pointless saying how much of a bullshit deal it is - anyone who could possibly afford a massive price like that more than likely has more than enough experience and knowledge with TF2 to know that's a horrible deal.

If a simple "hey, you know that item costs way less right?" followed by a explanation doesn't suffice then they're too ignorant and stubborn to be reasoned with. If they seriously believe their cheap item is worth much more then they'll be faced with reality when no one is offering on it.

Just doesn't seem worth blowing up in these people's faces imo.

The rule being in place I can understand though. Most people can handle insults, but the rule helps keep TF2outpost from turning into more of a cesspool than it already is.
