Out of address or memory space and Texture Quality too high error

For the past couple of days my game has been crashing randomly whenever i start using my mic. I don't know why but whenever it crashes, this message pops up. I even deleted the sound.cache files and that didn't help either.
Someone please help me

I don't know why there would be a texture error when using your mic of all things, but here's some things you can try:

verify your texture quality setting. to be extra sure that's not causing it, change the setting, hit okay, and go back and change it back.
also, you might want to go to steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\download\ and delete the user_custom folder. that folder serves as the cache for other player's sprays, but is never automatically cleaned AFAIK, so it often gets bloated.

If what KinCryos suggested doesn't solve the issue my recommendation would be to Verify the integrity of your game files since the error could be caused by changed being made to your HUD for example leading to the textures for the mic usage box in the bottom right being missing.
