Declined Optional Ingame HLStats things

Some servers have HLStats-ingame as a toggle so it shows or it doesn't show. Since a lot of people want to have it in-game, it seems; maybe we can have it so it's off by default, but if you want to turn it on you can toggle it? (It would also make it so people who say rank or whatever actually get their stats up with their KPD and points and whatnot)

(Even if you have it disabled, it still tracks. It just doesn't show it ingame)

I've seen other servers do it this way and it worked

There's an option to enable/disable showing it ingame if you have ingame enabled on your servers

We didn't put the plugin in because there are more people that complain about the frequent spam than people who want to see it.

It is also a poor measure of skill which often causes people to try to maximize their points instead of helping their team win.

Even without the hlstat ingame, people are caring more about point maximization than helping their team win. Also, some people like to see who the biggest addict is, not the most skilled. For frequent spam? I even said it would be off by default and you would have to trigger the ingame-spam as an OPTION if you WANTED it. There's a trigger for the ingame, it's just most servers with it ingame have it ON by default.
