Declined Option for voteban: Vote Abuse

I've noticed that this hasnt been added into the voteban. Any reasons why?

I think people just group it under griefing. Anything else can be reported and we'll handle it.

That is true but people should still have the option to voteban somebody if someone else really is abusing it
