The original was made for the iPhone/iPod Touch, so if anything, Apple should endorse it.

It's been out for a few years, looks no better than the 3DS, and it plays a ton of retro games, as well as emulations of ancientPCs.

Well, considering the fact that people are ready to pay crazy money for iPhone just because of fancy back panel and how fancy it looks...
