Declined One valve rotation server with no crits

I know a vote for no-crits is a no go but what about just one valve rotation server with no crits. I know that no-crits will keep it off the quickplay but just one server out of all the ones skial has cant hurt right?

i hear a lot of people complaining about crits on our servers,
so i am not sure it would never fill up.

i like random crits myself. they make the game less predictable.
and sometimes i play on the 100% crits server to mix it up.
i never played on no-crits servers before, so if we get a no-crits server i will try it.

We had a nocrit server for a long time and it never filled because it's not allowed on quick play. The only time it ever filled was when cinic would badger everyone to come play on it.
