Well, Duke wasn't ALWAYS an FPS, He started out as a Platformer and he was in some Third Person Shooters.

In all honesty, it was no surprise that Forever was a piece of shit. So many problems with studio changes and delays killed it years before it released

I was more implying that DNF was so bad that I don't think it's possible to make a worse Duke Nukem, unless they just completely half ass the next one.

Well, DNF was in production since fucking 1997. I think that they will be able to make this game a better one.

GearBox was one of the developers and they are already on my shitlist. As long as it is not them, we should be fine

I liked the DLC packs that they did for HL1 Way back at 1999 and 2000 and i loved Borderlands 1, but after playing Borderlands 2 on the 360 gearbox games in general kinda left a bad taste in my mouth.

Borderlands is not the problem. I loved the second one. It is FUCKING ALIEN: COLONIAL MARINES! That piece of broken shit coupled with Duke Nukem Forever gives them 2 strikes
