This tournament was pretty shit imo. And apparently people who bought tickets couldn't even see 60% of the matches because they were only available on stream.
ya they could only see the games after 7 pm local time or something

It's to keep people from griefing for the most part. It does need some fine-tuning but it doesn't seem that bad.
That's physically impossible. If you got a 7-day, it means you abandoned previous game before that.
I really don't get how people manage to get cooldown after cooldown. Like unless you're really trying to grief, it seems difficult to get a 7-day. Longest I've ever had was a 2 hr I believe and that was because I was salty and awp headshot a kid beginning of the round.
