It isn't. I have done ping, upload/download, and lost test before and while playing CS:GO. It still is around 7MB/S when playing CS:GO. And the ping is like 77ms. But in CS:GO it is like 1500ms.

He's in a game though, he/she wouldn't want to engage in a trade cause that would take time, you weren't giving him/her more options, you were trying to get your items faster, this is why I called you impatient.

it really annoys me that everytime i loggon steam i get friend invites from random lvl 0 people. They always try to scam cause of csgo items...

If you do a lot of trading and don't wanna make your backpack private just ignore level 0 / 1 account adds unless you're sure you've played with them. And in steam IMs refuse to click on a domain you don't recognize. Stranger danger, son.
