The opposing sniper, NotLoe, shown in the clip is using BLATANT Aimlock to have an unfair advantage, as shown through the last worthy seconds of the evidence provided where it is shown an obvious snap in his aim as he kills men. NotLoe was originally had his crosshair at another sniper off to the right of men's POV and did a quick snap to men, scoring a bodyshot. This last flick, even on his playermodel, is abnormal and is clearly achieved with cheats.
