Improve Nothing Much Here To Say('s) application

I've had to do it due to weird unicode characters in name and the server going "Hey, User #? Really? FUCK YOU!"
It does work but he failed to even get his SteamID. He could've looked it up on Google. That's how I originally got mine.

I have played with Nothing for a few months and hes a really cool dude. Really friendly and down to earth he has a friendly demeanor that is non bias to any person in a argument. He listens to both parties carefully before voicing a opinion and his opinions are always fair never over or understated. I have full confidence of his to be a great Admin. I play on skial almost daily and i'm a regular on skial Egypt server. I am ranked in the top 500 players and enjoy the atmosphere and game that skial servers provide and I believe Nothing to be an great person to uphold the type of fun zone and friendly atmosphere in skial servers.

I think that he'd just admin for his own personal agenda and such. From what I've seen with him, when he has a problem with something, he has to comment on it or make sure we all know it instead of letting it go.

Oh, huh, this hasn't been looked upon in a while, but here's my defense.
How and why? Is it because I rage? Rage is common and is clearly not a problem in TF2.
From what I recall, the ONLY time I remember was from PM's that you and another admin were on, I was biased, because I was insulted personally. I digress.
There was actually a situation where I would've given a warning to a specific user whose name will not be mentioned, but has started up a "shitstorm" between newcomers and regulars of the forums. I won't say anything more.
"For my own personal agenda", I'm not sure what you mean. If you mean by me doing things the way I would do it not by the skial rules then you'd be wrong. I would abide by whatever rules Skial has to throw at me. Also, what do you mean by "seen with him"? Was it through teamspeak or on the forums? On the forums' normal sections, they're pretty meaningless. The reports section, however, as far as I know, it's the most important part of the forums to bring up problems and show how much the mods give a damn about the servers and regulars.
On the commenting part, who on this forum doesn't? I mean, from what I've seen, mods don't necessarily lock threads that are impending shitstorms or whatever, they just move it to unmoderated. I've noticed an improvement on this however. This also applies to "letting it go". Mario445, obvious troll, people respond to troll, troll gets fed, cycle continues, nobody moves on. Don't tell me that people move on from stuff when they obviously don't. Now I'm assuming this is all from the forums, but if there's a shred of things going on from teamspeak, then your argument won't hold up, as teamspeak shouldn't be relevant to the forums in any way. The way I act on the forums and on Teamspeak are two different things. Think of it as "work" (the reports section) and "home" (teamspeak/general forums section), just an analogy, but I think it's effective.
I've noticed some things around Egypt which could use some moderating a bit. Haven't seen a dedicated mod towards Egypt, so I figured, why not?
There was actually this one incident that confused the hell out of some admins where some regs were wrongfully muted and the admins were being impersonated while the admins were in the server. It was some group that's been taken care of but should've been handled better at that time.

When making any comments in the forum, bear in mind the rules and how they apply to the situation.
It's like me, I find no issue with people using the swaztika, It doesnt phase me in the slightest, but it is deemed as against the rules, so I will ban for it because of consistensy. my own belief doesnt overshadow my belief in keeping the servers clean from something that the majority obviously find offensive.
I will ban for those even though it's not necessarily offensive to me, I take rules very seriously, easier said than done I know, but I say it's up to Bottiger if he wants to give me a chance at me becoming an admin or if he's got a say in this.
The regulars here, however aren't really taking kindly to a certain admin's actions regarding the strictness of the rules.
Also, sorry Nothing, but you just seem way defensive to me. You take unmoderated too seriously, and your conflict with Viper was just... you used every function on the forum to talk shit 'bout him. Poorly handled. So sorry, -1 here too.
