The HLXCE needed some optimizations so packets weren't dropped when the server was busy writing to the database.
Due to the way HLXCE was designed, there may still be times when people are dropped from the stats for idling too long. This may result in a slight under or overcounting of the number of players. This should occur less than 0.5% of the time.
