Detailed Explanation / Screenshots / Demos:
Me and my friend Chris were playing until he mentions that a sniper on our team is spinbotting, as shown in this video that hopefully sends with this message. I go back to spawn and so does everyone else in order to see if he's actually spinbotting and it turns out that he is, in which he clearly kills a cloaked spy, a soldier(?) and a scout that had run around the corner with precision and inhuman speed. We tempbanned him and the guy on the server tells us that we could get him permabanned if I have a recording of what happened to ensure that he was actually hacking. I'm not able to send the video file here, as it's from shadowplay and It's not possible to upload it here I believe. My email address is <removed> and if possible, you can contact me and I will provide you with the recording.

How big is the file? If it isn't bigger than 5GB you can upload it to something like http://www.filedropper.com/

It doesn't require a account, just gotta send us the download link

For future reference I recommend recording demos instead of using shadowplay. Capture software creates videos with frame by frame pictures while demos are just mostly text code which gives a much smaller file compared to a video
