Get a .gif image file you want, google image is your friend just search: "[whatever the subject matter] gif" get the url for the image.
Go to your preferences > Signature > Click the "Insert image" button, on the toolbar above the text box, looks like a little tree.
Paste the url into the field it gives you, click Insert.
Save your sig, and you're golden.
