What if we keep it set to "Nobody gets kicked ever" until there are enough servers, and then donators can log in as a spectator, and it'll kick someone when they either die, or the whole match ends. Or maybe not even die, maybe just turn them into a spectator too so they can see how their team did. That'd be a nice touch.

+1, it's perfectly reasonable to not allow people to boot someone in the middle of this style of game. Keep the reserve slot on regular tf2, but this would be a big slap in the face to someone who had been playing for most of a game only to get booted.

Before the argument "oh more people will donate with this.." You want donating to be appealing, not mandatory.

Anyway....with the matchmaking taking forever I think donating is the way to go. If everything was running smooth than maybe no reserved slots. But its not. Donators deserve not to wait for 30 or 40 minutes.

I think I saw Bott say somewhere that he may make a couple/all of the servers donator only if space becomes an issue. However, he has also said that the kick would be unfair.

What's caring have to do with getting your gaming on? You donate for benefits. One of those benny's is to get on a server. How about the nonpayers play on a Valve server and leave the Skial for payers..... In some alternate reality its acceptable for donators to hit a Valve server while nonpayers get to camp ingame here? How about the nonpayers play on Valve servers or play on Skial knowing they could get a kick.
