What am I looking at? If they were spamming on the mic you need to get a recording. I don't see anything in their chat logs.

I wouldn't personally issue a ban for this because 1) there's no video showing them actually doing it, and 2) it's unknown how disruptive it was or how long it went on for. If it happens again, please try to get a recording/demo.
