Recently, there's been a string of people who impersonate other people and regulars just for defamation purposes. I've been banning people for it, but I think there should be a new rule against impersonation for regular people. All the people who I've banned, the most recent one being Pr1mus' impersonator, have done so just to get the person votebanned or votemuted.

I agree with this since there was another ban in regarding an impersonation of another person

depends on the intent really. but in some cases it's very clear cut whether someone has malicious intentions (like in my situation, just to recall one), otherwise it's just flattering.
