And I've no doubt in my mind that Cinic was the one that declined it. Just got a warning from him about rating spam, yo. Even though the thread made to cry about said rating spam was labelled declined pretty quickly.

I feel the need to call stupid/retarded people what they are, I don't feel a need to degrade and provoke, I'd much rather be the nice guy I really am but some people are just so dumb. Moving on to zhe topic.
I still believe that a negative rating is pretty darn useful and the why rating is something that is better left to replying asking why so that the person who is doing the questionable activity.

I'm absolutely certain. I said almost always. This remains true.
Now just drop it, you saw what CD posted and your point has absolutely no relevance to the thread whatsoever.
