I have another question on this topic.

Is there one for a Black Box, and if so can i still apply it?

Yes and no, wait until next Halloween. below are the spells applicable for the Black Box that effect weapons and kills caused by that weapon.

Valve may or may not have patched this but before, people could have the spell be traded to the person while they're in game and the receiver must immediately apply it.

Yes you can. I bought johnny one a while back after the Halloween event was over.

Then yeah, @JohnnyGaloshes if you buy any from Outpost, just be sure you're in-game, if you make a mistake and are online, just trade a trusted individual the spell and tell them to trade you back when you get in game.
