New and rearranged servers

Deathrun maps have been seperated from Saxton Hale servers. We have ordered another EU server to make space for them and to reduce the load. The last few patches seem to have increased CPU usage.

Control Points EU has been removed.
Degroot EU has been moved
Turbine Pro has been changed to Coldfront

Haha that's right, give us crazy Texans the Death Run server lol. I stopped playing Death Run after I accepted the fact that I would never be able to fall into the gay trap in Forest no matter how hard I tried.

Turbine pro is good, but it wasn't fun playing it with bots only. Coldfront should be nice to have, I like that map.
