This is one of these best maps in tf2 i have EVER PLAYED, maybe even THE best.

There is a day and night verson, lazynite and lazyday, pick your poison, either way, its the best map in tf2. 24/7, due to the fact that a match is ment to last hours on end, and a 32 player server, for the same reason. One question...
WHY HAS THIS NOT BEEN SUGGESTED YET.

+1

I used to play this map all the time on some 24/7 servers

However I feel its worth noting that the map doesn't seem to be as popular now as it was 'back in the day'. I find very few servers to be running the map which empty out at random parts of the day for some reason.

So, I went to try this map out.
I went to five different lazytown servers.

three had less than five people in them.

One was completely full, waited for a spot, the round ended bout five minutes later after a rather effective push from Red team. THEN, the server literally just up and died. Within like fifteen seconds it went from full, to three people.

The last one had some guy on mic calling anyone who killed him "An ungratful virgin N*gger" Soooo glad there's a mute function in tf2. The round lasted a good hour or so, then Blu team popped a kritz demo and an uber solly, blew up most of our shit, capped it, won the game. Then.... shockingly enough... THE SERVER EMPTIED!

So, my question is does Lazytown seriously just die after a round? I want nothing to do with a map that if winning, causes you to be unable to play it. It's like cp 2fort, don't play the objective and just kill people.

Edit: Looks like the server with the guy micspamming went down or something.
But this is a screenshot of every Lazytown server I could find.

How bout those pings, eh?

+1, i like the map and the fps is great lol

edit: looking at lady's picture makes me think this isnt a good idea for only this map, maybe adding this map to the custom maps server if that gets accepted (the one with crossaint, etc)

Because the map is normaly long played, a lot of people do flush out at the end of a game.. the server I normaly play on though is always full..always, ( 87.117.217.32:27016 ) waiting to get in can be a 10 minute queue. so i suppose it depends on the server, whether being a Skial server would make it more popular, I have no idea. what you also got to think about is there are loads of regular / standard maps that are empty, so I dont think that is a valid method of judging.
The only down side I will give the map, is it can get very spammy, especialy capping and holding point 4. also the server I play on doesnt allow you to build on the roof, which is good as its harder to break that defence than teh arch on egypt. and one thing I have noticed, is that spys are really rare on it, It is pretty hard to play spy for some reason, so you dont get the normal spy infestation, you do get a few snipers though, especialy on the last point.

It's a nice map, it really is.
I love the amount of teamwork you need in order to make pushes. It's not, hey spam eight spies an hope someone kills it.
But I don't see people playing on rotation to enjoy the no time limit on that map. Like what was previously stated, games can last for hours.

-1 It's a nice map but I highly doubt it would get enough players to make it worthwhile to put it up.

so what you guys are saying is if you hate turbine you're gonna hate lazytown.
