You were looking at the regular TF2 servers, not the custom ones. +1 for timezone.

Also, Ruelel is like 15, so 18 isn't that young.

Also, you have not known on forum, so you might not get support from anyone.

Being known on the forum isnt a must to become an admin. Its more of capability than popularity.
