Picture Need instructions on how to complete quests

On https://stats.skial.com/quests, I see the following screenshot. I'm logged in, and see the 6 daily quests. After playing and doing the required activities (like the Decapitate and Dominate 3), I don't see any changes on this page. How do I know I completed one? Am I playing on the wrong server type so that it isn't counting? Do I need to run a command in-game before doing the activities? Do I need to run a command in-game to "cash" in the quest to get the reward?

If I hover over the little people icon (like it shows 4 people completed Daily Dominator), I expected to see the list of those people, possibly including me, but it just shows a tooltip.

Anyway, some explanation of how to initiate, complete, monitor status of the quests would be really helpful, possibly added to the "Server Help" sticky thread. Thanks!

so it must be some login issue. I did that, and you see in the image that it has "Bunny..." in upper right to show i logged it. That button "log in to track progress" stays, even tho it shows Bunny as logged in. If i click it again, it does nothing. Tried in Firefox and Chrome. Oh well, thanks tho.
