Just that my PayPal account got limited as I am not 18 - I can't send or receive money, only withdraw.

There's always BitCoins, which has no fees although in places it's either very popular or unknown. There's also MoneyPak, AlertPay, Liberty Reserve, etc.

As you can imagine, PayPal is probably more popular. Why not just edit your age to be over 18, or make a new account set with an age over 19? ._.

They're clever as they always need a proof. A lot of people are starting to have some problems.
What's better? BitCoins or MoneyPak? And could it work together with PayPal?

I've set up PayPal for 12 year olds before so they can be all pro at RuneScape. There's ways around their verification methods, as they're all automated.
