I recently bought both Mount and blade warband and napoleonic wars
But in the module select it only says native.
Thoughts?

I don't have the expansion, but you should not be forced to change the module just to play the expansion. Native is the correct choice if you want to play Mount & Blade as the developers wanted it to be played. Modules are, most of the times, overhauls of the game made by modders and Native is the original gameplay of Mount & Blade.
