So I have my first unusual, a Stormy Gentleman's Ushanka. Valued at 3 buds, 14 keys and 1.33 ref.

I want a Orbiting Planets Hermes (1 bud 6 keys) and a Smoking Flamboyant Flamenco (2 buds, 14 keys). so would if be fair to ask for 2 BMOCs and a Bill's OR both of those hats for mine? Since both of those hats together add up to the value of my hat.

The probability that one person has both of those hats would be hard. You're better off just looking for one hat + promos. and then buy the other hat with the promos. Also one question. Eerie crate regular crate(if so which # if you remember)

Well then I'd like to hear who doubled the value and gave it as a PC to this guy :) I'd say more 1.5-2 (2 being EXTREMELY lucky.)

So if you want to ask for a BMOC + 2 bills you MIGHT be able to get it, 2 BMOCs maybe but not what your planning.

Odd thing is, I looked it up on backpack.tf's unusual price list and it states 1.6-2 buds.

It says there are only 76 U. Gentleman's Ushanka's and only 4 have Stormy Storm. So maybe that's why?

No. 4 doesn't make it any rarer. Stormy is a very unwanted effect, and the hat is mid-ish tier. If you get offered 2 buds + some decent sweets I would take that.
