Non capping but spamming drop/pickup to spam the server with the alert-enemy dropped sound

I could get the steamid's if/when needed (thecityburns2day being one of the griefers iirc he's making a big deal of me reporting people for intel griefing as of the next map)

THecityburns2day is here, and has been here. FIrekip tried to ban and mute me for having an opinion. I do not see that as reasonable.

I don't think this was that big of a deal if anything it should be only an hour or less ban to make Firekip happy
