This player casted a voteban because I was supposedly spamming and I wasnt. The vote succeeded and I got banned.

EDIT: Also, I know i had no proof, but we also had to voteslay him earlier because he had avoided the deathwall and refused to suicide.

I joined the server rather late into this predicament, but I did see Zypher intentionally kill people on RED for no good reason (it was a button on the map office made specifically for killing people in the first trap, so I don't know how this would be treated).

I would just like to point out to the admins dealing with this that Reaver and Bluuwolf are known exploiters and griefers, so I wouldn't be surpised if the reason they tried to ban/mute him was to get rid of him so he couldn't report them. It might have been a legit vote, but more likely not, at least in my opinion. You can ask Rhi, Bluu at least has tried to voteabuse me before.

I would just like to point out to the admins dealing with this that Reaver and Bluuwolf are known exploiters and griefers, so I wouldn't be surpised if the reason they tried to ban/mute him was to get rid of him so he couldn't report them. I haven't done anything game-breaking or griefed in a very long time. I've grown past that and I can say the same for Bluu. Yes we have done stupid things in the past, put you can't hold that against us after all this time.

The last time I played DR, Bluu called me a whiny a**hole or something like that (censored due to not being in unmod) and it was only a couple days ago. You might have improved, although you did get a ban for griefing.
Also, I'm not continuing this because it's very off-topic of the report.

Found lots of suspicious chat, although there was also some chat saying he was banned for team killing.
Also saw some evidence of people voteabusing others because they were kids or didn't speak English (on an EU server?), but let it slide, since I don't want to single people out.

People were glad that he was banned because he has griefed countless times before and had never been banned for it since no one has tried reporting it. I did try and record a demo a couple of times, but he didn't get much of a chance to actually perform the glitches at the time. He hasn't done anything recently (as far as I know), other than what was previously stated.

Random gamer, as far as I can tell you were spamming. Not on that specific day, but there are blocks of lenny face spam in your chatlog under multiple instances among other things that would of been filling up the chat so I'm going to have to silence you

I also suspect you may of been vote abusing but I don't have enough proof for that.

Regardless, from what they said it sounds like they were trying to vote against you for a legitimate reason and I have no evidence that suggests otherwise so I'm going to mark the report need evidence

What I was trying to say earlier is from what I can tell it looks like he called a legitimate vote, and there is no evidence that suggests that it was vote abuse so Koijk isn't in any trouble

But I marked it 'need evidence' because there's no real evidence to support either side's case.
So the only person who is in trouble is legendary gamer because I found spam in his chat

I would appear that Kojik isn't getting muted, since the report was marked Need Evidence. When that happens, it means the report didn't have enough evidence for the admins to mute/ban the person being reported. To boot, Zypher got muted for chat spam.
