I was in a Death Run mode, and usually, micspamming could be fun, but it's usually annoying sometimes. Users shouldn't votesilence players for micspamming. They should just use the "!ignore <user>" method instead. Mr. Sympathy just vote abused me for micspamming. Mr. Sympathy just didn't want anyone to hear my micspamming, so he votesilenced me instead of using the !ignore method. Votesilencing needs to be removed and add a new rule. Do something about Mr. Sympathy and do something about the voting system.

Whether music over voice chat is spam will be left to a server vote. Is this what you mean?

Chat spam / mic spam is also considered spamming.

Music over mic (if that's what you were doing) is up to a server vote, usually brought up in the vote menu through silence < spam.
