Detailed Explanation / Screenshots / Demos:
Can you check this using "r_drawothermodels 2" please or an xray demo mod if you use one. The guy was getting some very suspect shots and showing signs of wall tracking. He would also never prefire, instead only firing when there was something to actually hit.

Btw, speed it up at 2-3 min mark as he is sitting in spawn.

@AgentOrange Did you provide the correct demo file? I jumped through the 165k ticks of that file and its solely on 2Fort, not Turbine. Also no Mr. Hi there.

There's nothing perfect I can recommend. Most people use mega.co.nz, but that's been having awful error problems recently. I use dropbox but the upload speed is prohibitively slow for actually sending in reports. I haven't had any problems with filedropper so far, so maybe that's the best option at the moment.
 
After watching the demo with and without r_drawothermodels 2 I haven't seen anything that convinces me he's using wallhacks.
