Someone is server asked what the n word was and i simply replied to him and told him what it is. Devil decided to be a cuck and start a vote against me for racism even though i said it to inform the person of what it is. I feel this is using the new rule to loophole and bait people into mutes.

and with his kids little clique in the server its easy for him to get anything he wants via votemenu.

I dont need an appeal cause it is just 30 minutes but i want this little shit to stop baiting and then muting people for abusing a loophole

The new rule states that if a racist word or phrase is used, it's up to the discretion of the server whether or not that person gets gagged. If you used a slur, and got gagged, I don't think you can report him for abuse. Just like how when the rule was in place, no matter how or why you use the N word, it's punishable.

In my defense:
He said the N word and I made a vote to mute him because the rules state "Cases of racism and discrimination will be left to a server vote."
Plus you been on the server for a long time and you know that FATHER always tries to do this to other people just beacause he finds it amusing.
I didn't even bait you into saying it as it was FATHER who asked you what the n word is.
The second screenshot was from 3 days ago before the new rule of it being up to a server vote was made.

Baiting people into breaking the rules isn't punishable by itself. Since you said the N word, someone could see it as racist and votesilence you, just like how it could have happened to Mr. Devil. When the racism rule was removed, each case was left to a server vote.
